We offer our customers Design For Manufacturing (DFM) reports before we start the mold design. We confirm with customers in the DFM report the mold concepts including parting line, gate type & location, ejector location, slider and lifter movement. this will eliminate potential problems and allow the project to proceed more efficiently.
